Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) june365 account. Operating multiple accounts โ whether under the same identity or different identities โ is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held across the associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, june365 is required under PAGCOR regulations to complete identity verification. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID) and, where required, proof of address and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your june365 login credentials. You must notify june365 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. june365 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
June365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is โฑ100. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the name of the registered june365 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is โฑ500. All transactions on the june365 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). The Company does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
June365 is required to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended and related PAGCOR directives. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

June365 strictly prohibits gambling by anyone under 21 years of age. The Company employs age verification measures at registration and during KYC. Any account found to be held by an underage person will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment source.
All content on the june365 platform โ including but not limited to software, graphics, text, game assets, logos, trademarks, and the june365 brand name โ is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the june365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any element of the june365 platform or its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, june365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults outside the Company's reasonable control; interruption of service; or reliance on any information displayed on the platform.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
June365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered users via the email address on file no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. The revised Terms will also be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the june365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between a User and june365 arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through june365's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
